Quality & Safety
We aim to provide a personalised, friendly service with small groups of no more than 12 people. We provide the best quality gear and experienced, qualified sea kayak guides who are accredited with the Australian Canoe Federation. All of our guides have first aid qualifications and carry first aid kits on all tours. We are licensed by the Department of Conservation and Land Management.

Group Sizes
We keep our group sizes small, limiting our group sizes to a maximum of 12 paddlers. This is for two reasons:

1. Safety is enhanced in smaller groups.

2. Paddlers will generally have a more enjoyable experience in smaller groups. They get better attention from their guides.

First Aid
All our guides must be qualified to Senior First Aid level on any of our tours.
On our multi-day tours at least one of the guides will have current Wilderness First Aid qualifications.
We provide a comprehensive first aid kit, on all tours.

All our seakayaks are under survey with our Department of Transport, and must carry; flares, towlines, and positive buoyancy.
We provide communication equipment such as; Mobile Phone, VHF Marine Radio, or EPIRB.
All our seakayaks and motor vehicles are serviced and maintained according to a thorough schedule.

Risk Management Plans
We have developed Risk Management Plans for each of our Kayaking destinations, these include Emergency and Evacuation Procedures.

We have $10 million Public Liability Insurance.
We have comprehensive product insurance.
